In this photo (above, left) you can see all of the wooden rib parts for all of the Kelly D wings. These parts were also laid out in AutoCAD and have been laser cut from marine plywood sheets. Work in progress on the Kelly Ds currently includes attaching the landing gear strut assemblies (purchased), tail wheels assemblies (also purchased), and the fabrication and installation of the flight sticks. We will keep these pages updated with some new pictures as we have them and give you further descriptions of our progress as things progress. Last updated on July 24, 2004 |
