Oct 2003 update

The front windscreen has been fully attached. The door frames have been constructed. Rear window openings have been cut.

Jan 2004 update

The door frames have been hinged. The fuel tanks have been filled, tested for leaks & capacity, and then drained. The fuselage tanks holds 20 gals while the wing tanks hold 10 gals each. Rear seat back and bottom cushions have been made by the upholstery shop and Velcro strips have been sewn to the cushions and glued to the cabin for their installation. Below you can Ray filling areas of the fuselage in preparation for covering. Covering of the control surfaces has begun as you can see from the elevator below also.
